Explain how the work innovatively used the print / publishing medium.
The client wanted to run a print Ad, and we thought it was the perfect opportunity to revive the print experience. We were looking for a way to attract readers attention in an amusing and highly engaging way.
We worked to distinguish Carriage in a market saturated with food delivery app offerings, including highly visible international brands.
Our print ad design was developed with this in mind, and the aesthetic offering included a functional magnifying tool. The tool served to playfully underpin a message, and highlight the lack of transparency in competitors’ terms and conditions.
This created a witty Ad that stood out for twelve months, in 30,000 copies of Kuwait’s most popular dining publication, Bazaar. An idea, that literally ‘leapt’ of the page.
