Batelco is Bahrain's leading telecommunications company. As a primarily state owned enterprise it is often seen as being synonymous with the Bahraini government, and as such its communications are seen in a different light to privately owned enterprises.
Explain how the work innovatively used the print / publishing medium.
This campaign featured a series of posters honouring everyday Bahrainis for their sacrifice during lockdown. It also allowed them to recreate that same campaign visual for themselves by allowing them to download a Snapchat lens that applied medals to their chest using augmented reality software.
