Lebanon commemorates its independence on the 22nd of November, usually through an official military parade organized by the army in the presence of the President and government officials. This year, the event took a totally different turn! The outbreak of the October 17th revolution made this official parade impossible to hold. More than the third of the Lebanese population were protesting in the streets and on the parade site. This is how the civil parade idea sprang! We created the biggest live human campaign for independence to unite all the Lebanese community to celebrate for the first time, all together our independence through a breathtaking patriotic show.
