Brief Explanation
Customer care week is being celebrated globally on the 1st week of October 2012. Safaricom being the largest telecom operator in the region and also active #SociallyDevoted brand, took this opportunity to celebrate customer care week with a difference. The aim of this campaign was to increase fans on Facebook and Twitter followers, and use the networks as an alternative avenue for Customer Care to reduce calls and visits to Care Centres.
