Brief Explanation

In 2011 DWTC undertook a corporate branding exercise. The project delivered the brand positioning of ‘Experience Better’ providing the basic guidelines and direction for all brand communications, including the website. Our main goal was to create a best in class website, providing an online hub for audiences, delivering tailored and timely content whilst representing the DWTC brand and providing a competitive advantage. The website till date has become a platform for education and awareness building of products and services, sales and lead generation, including cross selling and up selling activities, customer communication / relationship building, customer service & brand building.
