Brief Explanation
Entertainment shows draw high interaction on digital so we leveraged this insight to create a unique strategy where we invited fans to shape the direction of programming instead of letting them just watch and talk on social.
We “gave X Factor controls to the fans’ and digital proved the ideal playground.
We listened to fans and reacted in real time in a category first. Show segments were adapted and new activities were launched on social.
The show’s ratings broke all-time audience records for its broadcasters. Beyond TV, the show reached 8.5 million youths and 300 million impressions across digital platforms.
