Brief Explanation
In Egypt, women make up just 23% of the workforce. It's an issue that has gone under the radar for too long. So we teamed up with two renowned Egyptian photographers who created an exhibition called Egypt At Work at one of the trendiest galleries in Cairo. Over 200 people came and enjoyed the display, but no one noticed that something was missing. There was 50 photos, but 0 women. After it was pointed out, many spoke about the importance of gender equality in the workforce. The first step to solving a problem, is to recognize it.
