Brief Explanation
Lay’s decided to launch a flavor based on consumer’s votes. Therefore, Liza Lays was born, a bubbly potato that was looking for her soulmate. A platform was created for users to submit their choices on a daily basis. Weekly and grand incentives were given out as a thank you for regular participants. Supporting apps such as “Create your own pack” were created online and on mobile to give users the chance to customize their flavor and see how it looks like on a pack. This activation created a great social engagement as it placed the brand closer to customer’s needs.
