The Brief
Introduction of a new financial system while highlighting the benefits to smoothen the transition
Describe how the promotion developed from concept to implementation
We created a stand that holds different colors of stress balls; each stress ball having a different benefit message printed on it. Then we placed on each employee desk a table tent holding a stress ball. The table tent enumerates all the benefits that can be derived from using the new financial system.
Describe the success of the promotion with both client and consumer including some quantifiable results
The promotion resulted in creating awareness and excitement among all employees and therefore made the shift to the new system smooth and orderly.
Explain why the method of promotion was most relevant to the product or service
The method of promotion is linked to the fact that the employees will benefit in many ways using the new financial system, thus resulting to more productivity and less stress.
