Results and Effectiveness
In addition to the great feedback received from the client, for the first time in print media, we were truly able to measure the number of people that checked our execution. The (Aurasma Server) displayed 324 unique viewers within the first two weeks.
Creative Execution
The idea was to link Infiniti to the most credible automotive icons in the world – BBC Top Gear and the world formula one champion Sebastian Vettel.
BBC Top Gear got inspired by Infiniti, and Sebastian Vettel talked to the readers about the new Infiniti FX, while showing them the thrill of driving it. This was no ordinary advertorial; it was a documentary being played through the Aurasma technology, used for the first time in our region.
Insights, Strategy and the Idea
To promote credibility, luxury automotive brands are heavily active in magazines. They are flooding print with prime positions, PR, advertorials, & special operations.
We wanted to be different! We wanted to showcase “credibility” in a whole new format… After all, we are Infiniti. A brand known for “inspired performance”
