A lot of the featured items were out of stock days after they were up on that display! Some items were out of stock by the end of the same day the display was up!

We rented the wall mounted display at City Mall for 1 month and placed outfits from Pull & Bear inside the display. Every few days, the display featured different outfits.
Insights, Strategy and the Idea
Pull&Bear is a clothing retail store, known for its youthful male outfits….
They wanted to change their direction to target consumers of an older age group, especially women.
Although the store started carrying apparel that caters to that new target, their perception of what Pull&Bear offers restricted them from visiting the store. As a result, they were unable to see the new collection designed for them.
