Brief Explanation
A bi-lingual website to generate interest excitement among residents of Abu Dhabi in the Volvo Ocean Race; a 10 month round-the-world yacht race in which the ADTA has entered a team. The Abu Dhabi Ocean Racing (ADOR) Team comprises 11 world class yachtsmen who will be aboard 'Azzam' for the gruelling 'Everest of sailing'. The role of the website is to follow the team throughout the preparations and during their race around the world. The website provides real-time access to news, pictures and video footage that is being supplied from the race yacht.
