Brief Explanation
STC wanted to raise awareness about the different benefits of its mobile broadband service, QUICKnet and show its advantage over other internet connections. QUICKnet is easy to connect; low priced and has many attractive features. Fahed al Butairy is a Saudi stand- up comedian known for his YouTube show “La Yekthar” which is watched by millions of Saudis. To create an affective campaign for our internet product, the popular internet figure was featured in a series of funny episodes talking about QUICKnet and its benefits. The episodes were uploaded onto YouTube where Fahed’s large audience could be easily and affectively reached.
