Brief Explanation

Nissan launched the ‘Juke’ last year, targeting younger men. We had to introduce the car to an oversaturated market and catch the attention of our audience. We introduced the car through Facebook, with the Nissan Juke Band app, turning our audience into DJs who used car parts to ‘mix’ music, and create unique Juke tracks. A sound engineer recorded actual sounds from the Juke and composed base tracks, that could be mixed into tunes. The app was supported by e-mails and web banners and spread virally too. Results? 13,788 active daily users. 1,449 app installations.
