Brief Explanation
The brief was to develop Zain's presence in social media. Zain’s strategic platform is a wonderful world so we used a content led strategy to create a virtual wonderful world inside facebook, twitter & YouTube. Components included ongoing creation of 3 digital shows: Help: a customer service show with an app for complaints, Tech Talk reviewing new technology and Gaming reviews (All in Arabic & English). hug built, filmed and managed all aspects plus launched over 20 tactical initiatives via the fanpage.
The Result: 42,000 fans, Over 1 million content views, Over 20,000 Twitter Followers & significant revenue generation
