Creative Execution
Playing on their curiosity and their site visits, we created a “peeping hole” in both sides of the fence and we fitted the openings with 3D glasses and series of finished images of the building and the interior; respectively. Emphasizing A&H’s commitment and speed.

Insights, Strategy and the Idea
Dubai’s real estate slow down had a positive impact on Beirut’s market. There are approximately 400 buildings under constructions in the city, 92 of which are luxurious towers competing for the same audience.
On site branding announcing the beginning of construction work on SUNSET GARDENS, a sea front luxury apartment building.
Investors roam the city looking for up and coming projects to broker a discount price; however, they are skeptic about some of the development companies meeting their delivery date. They want to personally make sure that the construction is underway.
