Write a short summary of what happens in the film
After the uncontrolled spread of the Covid-19 variants and the increased death rates in Lebanon, a wake up call on the seriousness of the virus was needed. So we invited the Lebanese to choose their own preferable coffins as a reverse psychology approach in order to highlight the consequences of not abiding by the Covid-19 preventive measures.
We went to a coffin supply shop and convinced them to take part of this national awareness campaign, by advertising its coffin collection. The script was written in a way that invites people to disregard all Covid-19 precautions by removing their masks and ignoring social distancing, in order for the mortician to sell more coffins. By this treatment, the audience will be emotionally triggered which will encourage them to be responsible and take these measures seriously.
Instead of treating Covid-19 in an informative way, we went disruptive to create a national shock wave.
