In the radio advert, the virtual audio coach aids the listeners to run a distance of 5 kilometers by competing the whole set of the episodes as an alternative to a personal coach. The convenience factor of the audio coach allows the runners to practically exercise anywhere with their headphones on. The coach in the episode states some accomplishments the viewers aim to achieve by the end of the audio and by the end of the entire episodes altogether. alongside music, the audio coach encourages runners to maintain their pace and maintain their fitness as to not over exhaust themselves.
