Write a short summary of what happens in the film

A young boy opens the fridge and takes out a milk pack. When he looks at the back of the lid, he realizes that the lid can be exchanged for a free mango juice and that the last one to drink from the milk pack will win the prize. And so begins the long race for the empty milk pack, which sets off a series of mini dramas in the family, as the boy eagerly awaits and impatiently observes family members using up the milk pack. In the end, the boy's father takes the milk box and lectures him: The whole point of this exercise, he tells him, is to learn that those who are patient, win big. The father then takes the box and runs with it, yelling, I won!

Tell the jury about type(s) of animation used and summarise any relevant challenges or techniques.

This story is told from a child’s point of view. We wanted a kiddish and simple style of drawing that would reflect the child-like chase that we see in the film. This style of drawing allowed for easy maneuvering of situations and to sync with the energetic music tempo. The choice of color was used to reflect a chaotic household. We decided to make the main canvas of the frames white and plain, contrasting it with lively saturated colors to accommodate for the bombastic mini-dramas in the film. We wanted to go with a more classic animation technique. Characters were designed to have a friendly and comic appearance. We animated frames in the traditional method to achieve the classic simplistic cartoon look. Movement was flexible and stretched to create smooth transitions. The animation was drawn by hand, frame by frame.
