McDonald’s has been in Saudi Arabia for more than 18 years.
Although It has always been a landmark, it is still perceived as a very western menu by the Saudis who sometimes prefer the local diners.
The intention was to give McDonald's an Arabic flavor, making their food iconic to all the Saudis.
We created an iconography for all McDonald's menu, using a modernized ‘Diwani’ calligraphy, an art that is very close to the heart of the people.
