Background.

In may 2018 while Ramadan is approaching and also the holidays, The aim of our client was to launch an advergame that meets the rising trends that will allow us to increase the number of followers on Instagram and attract a high number of players that will engage but not mainly for the prize.

Describe the creative idea.

An addictive advergame with a simple game play , a cool challenge leading to a nice prize ! Orange Up, Easy steps, one tap and a finger is all you need to go up all the way up . The game gathers the most famous influencers in Tunisia, Each one has to entice his followers to play his avatar to raise his overall score. By the end, we’d have two winners, the influencer with the highest scoring followers and the player who had the best score, thereby creating a challenge between the influencers and their respective followers.

Describe the strategy.

Since the Tunisian social media community are interested on advergames only for the prize, they leave the game platform as soon as they know that the winners place is taken. Second point is that Tunisian instagram community is not really interested on Brands, they are not used to follow brands as much as they follow personal profiles or influencer profiles. Our strategy was to involve directly into the game, a selection of the most appreciated influencers by the youth Tunisians, and create a challenge between them, so that they naturally engage their community. So we thought about a simple and addictive game mechanism that will put in motion the influencers via their avatars, by the end of the game we'd have two winners : - The Influencer with the best score ( collecting his community scores ) - The Best overall player.

Describe the execution.

The advergame was published on a stand alone platform using Facebook Connect SDK. The game promotion was done by the influencers, who made multiple stories inviting their communities to follow Orange Tunisia on instagram and play the game to support them and win together.

Over 30K Players Up to 100% more followers on Orange Tunisia's instagram account.
