Brief Explanation

We open on a close-up of a stylishly dressed man. He’s lying in an empty bath in a stylish bathroom. We cut to see him in a bedroom, looking out of the floor-to-ceiling windows at the beautiful, uninterrupted views of the sea. We cut to see a close up of his shoes walking across thick plush carpet before cutting to a wide to see him walk past a dining room table, lit by bespoke designed lamps. He continues walking through the living room talking to camera. He rolls his eyes as he mentions the dancing fountains before stepping outside onto the deck to take in the breathtaking sea-views. We cut to a close up of our stylishly dressed man at sunset, he turns to camera and with a very wry delivery says: “1JBR. IT’S NOT FOR EVERYONE”. We fade to 1JBR logo and tagline: It’s not for everyone.
