Brief Explanation

The film opens in a tense horror situation. A couple are in the kitchen in their apartment. They are visibly scared, holding each other and shaking. They both have weapons in their hands. The lights are flicking on and off inexplicably. The camera travels down through the floor to the apartment below where we see a local man trying to turn off his light but it's not working, he is flicking the switch on and off. We realise that dodgy electrics are to blame for the situation. The the call to action says 'do the right research, to find your perfect home - Bayut'.
