Brief Explanation

In the video we see some local Emirati guys that have tied thousands of helium balloons to a chair. One of them starts rising up in the chair helped by the others. Then we see that a security guard had caught them and chases the 2 guys left on the ground as the 3rd guy floats up into the sky. We then see why as the camera reveals a beautiful view of Dubai with the setting sun in the background. He was merely trying to get the best view in town. the line 'Looking for the best view in town' kicks in relating this to our Dubai Creek Harbour property development.
