Brief Explanation
Diabetes is given a physical form of a man with a twisted personality. He talks about himself by describing how he loves doing shocking things like taking away eyes and limbs. He is shown visiting a diabetic man that is not taking care of his health and asks him for his leg.
He also talks about his plans for the future and the way he comes to people whether it is genetic or caused by lifestyle.
Diabetes moves on to talk about healthy people he dislikes and how difficult it is to get to them. Finally, he shown as weak and helpless as he cannot do anything once someone starts exercising and eating healthy.
