Brief Explanation
The film was phase 2 of an electricity conservation campaign, it uses a threatening/fear tool to encourage electricity conservation; If you're afraid of the dark, conserve electricity.
It shows a husband and a wife in their living room with a lot of electrical appliances switched on. All of a sudden the power goes out, the mood and music turns to horror and the husband then sees a scary figure in the distance, coming closer and closer.
The power comes back and it's his daughter asking for a glass of milk.
