The Campaign
An overeager water hose is overly enthusiastic about splashing water. We then see the relationship between him and the gardener-the man supposedly in charge of it. The gardener is constantly soaked with water with the cheeky water hose bobbing his head in amusement. Driven by annoyance, the owner of the house and the gardener finally take charge and place a nozzle on the hose to stop its madness, as well as avoid getting a big fine for wasting water.
