Execution
To gain more share of wallet for Emirates NBD’s Bon Appetit dining program, we reminded people of the 30% discount, within the crucial time period between getting their meal and having to pay for it.
We put our message on the very plates on which their food was served, serving up timely reminders on the best way to pay for one’s meal. As people finished their meal, the discount message was slowly revealed.
Bon Appetit’s usage increased by 42%. Emirates NBD’s credit card applications during witnessed a 7% increase.
