The Brief

This audio e-card was sent out to all our existing and potential clients towards the end of the year. It was an opportunity to have some fun and also let everyone know that we are a young but rapidly growing and highly sought-after agency.

Creative Execution

It was a busy year for the agency –but hey we found time to send you a card. We wanted to reach out to the clients in a humorous way while playing off on our strength of being a much sought-after agency.

Describe the creative solution to the brief/objective.

We do a lot of work for our clients so when someone calls practically anyone you ask for at the agency is engaged. This is the situation that’s playing out in the e-card. Some information about the people featured. April – is the name of the receptionist, Avni – works in the accounts department, Ravi Naik – doesn’t miss an opportunity to get lost in the desert, Prabhakar – is the CFO, Robyn- handles digital, Dana – is the office starlet…

Results

The costs were nil as these audio cards were emailed out. We also used our charms to get the productions costs at our regular studio covered. We got excellent feedback from our clients and they commented on how well the profiles of the people at the agency were captured.
