Brief Explanation
The key challenge was to create something very different for a target market that has literally seen it all. We wanted the work to be remembered and cherished long after the client's annual general meeting.
The Brief
To position Salam Bounian as the different real estate company. The client wanted to design an annual report that would give the target market a new view of Salam Bounian, and at the same time, reflect the company's architectural prowess.
How the final design was conceived
We decided to shape the annual report in a very unique manner, by literally cutting Salam Bounian's new perspective into the book design. When you pick up the book, Salam Bounian's different perspective becomes crystal clear. The medium becomes the message through the unusual, but dynamic shape of the book.
Indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
The results proved that design can truly inspire and excite the audience – no matter who they are.
