Brief Explanation
The key challenge was to create a brand identity that is inspired but does not resemble the mother Al Barari Forest Management mother company. Hence, the new identity of Barari Nurseries needed to be meaningful and simple, describing the value proposition to be understood by all cultures, western as well as Arab Expats and nationals.
The Brief
Barari forest management is a 7 years old establishment in charge of total UAE forest and wild life management. While their business is predominantly created to support business to government and business to business sectors, the launch of "Barari Nurseries" was their first business to customer brand launch initiative.
How the final design was conceived
Go Wild.. Go Barari :
• Call to action.
• Insinuates abundance of choices.
• Can go "wild" buying more greens, since prices are cheaper vs. competition.
• Wild equals the quality of greenery tested to survive the harsh environment of the UAE.
• Epitomizes the quality of wild greens and flowers. Hence stands for superior quality.
• Ignites an emotional connection to provide a change of environment at own home or office for personal pleasure.
• Provides a language exchange experience. Educates both expats and Arabs about the meaning of "Wild & Barari" i.e Barari means "wilderness" in English.
Indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
The brand was launched and as far as we are informed it is doing well and awareness growing by the day.
