Brief Explanation
The challenge was to incorporate the scissor in the logo in a classy and creative manner. Keeping it as minimalistic as possible.
The Brief
The brief from the client was to create a logo that reflected the nature of the business. The Barber is a high end barber shop chain that is located in 5 star hotels across Kuwait. The barbershop offers various services from wedding packages to at your home treatment. The brief from the client was to incorporate a scissor into the logo as it is the main tool in the trade for a barber. The logo also had to have a sophisticated, classy feel to it.
How the final design was conceived
A unique way of using the scissor in creating the initial ‘b’ was worked upon and then finalized as the final design. The colors used were black, inspired from the general color of the hair also giving the logo a minimal yet classy feel.
Indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
The logo was very well appreciated with the high end target audience of the brand and was successful in achieving good brand equity.
