Brief Explanation

Printers are a dime-a-dozen in Dubai and accordingly very few are renown for their diversity of print services, varieties of paper, range of fiinshing techniques and general print quality or customer service. Our main challenge was to demonstrate Atlas’s proven capabilities in all of these areas – a top-end print and publishing house, continually striving to offer their customers the best quality and the latest products being offered in the marketplace. We were tasked with not designing just a brochure like all others, but something totally unique that the market has never seen before.

The Brief

Atlas prints some of the highest quality magazines, catalogues and brochures. They have state-of-the-art technology, which reduces the margin of error and enables higher print runs with excellent quality. We were asked to design a unique brochure that would showcase their capabilities for use as a selling tool to increase market share within the region.

How the final design was conceived

An impactful introductory brochure used to showcase the diversity of Atlas’ printing capabilities, whether magazine web printing or die cutting, foiling or shrink wrapping. A testament to the passion that Atlas has for print production and a statement of intent to be viewed amongst the best in the industry: ‘When Print Matters’.

Indication of how successful the outcome was in the market

Given the nature of this project, it is difficult to provide a quantitative measure of the success. However, Atlas has conveyed to us that the brochure has had a significant impact on business. Since Atlas’s capabilities are perfectly epitomized within the brochure, this has proven to be a successful tool in developing new business both at home and abroad. Print orders varying in size have increased. Furthermore, other print companies who have seen the brochure have approached us to provide them with something similar so they can enjoy the same success!
