Brief Explanation
The key objective was to communicate the shifting subtly yet with impact.
The challenge was to integrate it with an element of the agency philosophy.
The agency always believed in being sensitive to the environment. Here was the chance to actually do something about it.
The Brief
Use moving the office as an opportunity to make a statement about the agency.
How the final design was conceived
We had tons of stationery which we hated to dump. That was when we wondered if we could 'recycle' them - then it clicked.
And since Dubai operates via Post Boxes, the only things that changed were our telephone and fax numbers.
So all it needed was a short communication about our changed numbers. This fitted neatly with our environment message.
Indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
The response to our 'recycled' stationery was very encouraging. Practically everyone who received it called to say how relevant the idea was. What excited them was that It helps save the environment, it also saves money - all tied together with a simple message.
It reinforced our image as an agency that treats money with respect - be it our own and or the clients'.
