The Brief

The Annual Stamp Collection for Emirates Post required creative packaging that would attract stamp collectors and general public alike. There were 17 collections with varying themes.

Creative Execution

Empost is a postal service. And a collection of envelopes seemed an ideal way to get through to the audience. By punching the envelopes together and putting them in a box, we gave it a more personal feel. Like when people used to store old letters in shoe boxes.

Describe the creative solution to the brief/objective.

We worked on the premise of 'snail mail' and how everyone loves opening a letter and receiving a gift. A box containing a collection of envelopes was designed with each envelope containing one collection and its 'story' narrated on the envelope itself.

Results

The packaging was well-received and sold out approx. 5000 pieces across key point of sales in 7 cities of the United Arab Emirates. It was further sent as a gift to VIP customers of Emirates Post.
