Moreover; when you scratch the card you reveal the message beneath the scratch telling you how to fix it.

People scratch their cars all the time and we decided to use this fact to create a serious of interactive scratch cards.
Consumers could scratch the panel on the card making it look as though they had scratched the car itself.
Underneath there was a message saying; Scratched your car? Call us for a SmallRepairs Service.
Results
The service center reported a sharp upturn in the number of customers using this service.
