Cultural/Context information for the jury
We Egyptian are the masters of diagnosing ourselves and others with all sorts of illnesses based on nothing but our personal observations and unscientific judgements.
We prescribe medicines, antibiotics and all sorts of remedies without hesitation, as if we are buying candy.
Tell the jury about the casting process.
We looked for actors who's faces would deliver the humor in a subtle way.
They needed to look far from being doctors, yet have the ability to talk with a lot of confidence and conviction as if they have a medical background. But the viewer needed to immediately spot their bs.
As for the patient actors, they needed to look helpless to get the humor across.
