The Campaign

The Insight: The most amazing photos often come up and take you by surprise, even those during mundane events daily events. The Idea: “Capture the Wow of Now”. Be ready for these Wow of Now moments with the right smartphone camera. A smartphone camera that’s ready to capture everything in true-to-life colour and blur-free quality. Armed with a host of amazing Sony camera technologies, you can capture the wonder of life as it unfolds in front of you – and let those breath-taking moments stay breath-taking.

Execution

Created a performance comprising of a series mundane activities with a professional dance troupe. The activities included cycling, cleaning, construction activity, dance and balancing and street-life. Took pictures of key action moments of the performance and displayed it on a giant screen in the background to highlight the beauty in daily life. The journalists and influencers could also take their own action shots at stations provided.

85 journalists and inluencers from UAE attended the event and provided positive response on the night of event. Post event: -Received 79 clippings and more than 1.2 million online media impressions for the first 5 days after the event. -1,975,183 readership impression in print and video for 5 days after event. -Overwhelming positive coverage of the phone and its features with no negative coverage.
