Brief Explanation

1) This was a special invitation created for an annual corporate event. 2) The invitation was couriered to the entire global team inviting them to this event. 3) One to one invitations were personalized and sent to the key individuals. 4) Target Group: Key Business partners and influencers in driving the business. 5) The objective was to give the key invitees a sneak preview to what is expected in the event, almost like a teaser. 6) This invitation box was a unique package and had dates inside which was a nice surprise element and showcased true Arabian hospitality, considering the global reach of this invite. It was sent to over 30 countries across the globe. 7) The package was sent to over 30 different countries across the world making it a true global event.

Creative Execution

This particular design was a key part of an overall annual corporate event. The invitation box was a creative and unique package and was specifically designed for the event. The invitations were personalized and sent out to over 300 invitees that included key company's global distributors, business partners and associates. This was done 30 days before the event and was a medium to invite and give the key attendees a sneak preview of what is expected at the 2 day event. The theme and logo branding took inspiration from the venue itself, making it appropriate.

Results

1) Invitations sent to 300 invitees across 30 countries. 2) Appreciated and immense positive feedback provided over email. 3) 100 percent turnout and all invitees came to Dubai to attend the 2 day Annual Majlis event. 4) Strengthened the business relationships with all the distributors and partners and laid the ground for greater sales growth. 5) Perfect platform to share corporate and sales visions with the global teams and align strategies and businesses.
