Creative Execution
We first created a strategic framework based on user persona and customer journey research, which we translated into a design system that was developed and tested in-house. The launch of the website coincided with the launch of Platinum Residences, developed by GGICO Investments, and the launch of GGICO Properties’ new showroom, leading to high traffic on the first day of activation. Further traffic was driven by GGICO Properties’ in-house marketing and the use of the website as a sales tool - all requests for property information was handled by sending out custom emails with links leading to the online listing.
The new website answered GGICO Properties' need for an effective online sales tool that provides customers an easy way to search and find their ideal property from GGICO's current property listings. Enabled by a predictive search engine, users take advantage of a wide range of filters and information-rich maps to narrow their search for property. Additionally, we created a full complement of written and photographic content to populate the site: buying and selling guides, neighborhood walkthroughs, and a venue for thought leadership articles to demonstrate the company’s vast experience in Dubai real estate.
To help GGICO Properties, a new real estate agency, differentiate itself in Dubai’s competitive market, we conceptualized, developed and designed a website that leveraged the client’s experience and featured an innovative search engine that syncs with GGICO’s property database to enable real-time updates.
We developed a predictive search engine that considers multiple filters and databases, a searchable map to browse properties by area and an option to view listings by neighborhood.
The content was shaped with a modern, clean design that culminated in a crisp look for the company to reinforce its message, “A fresh approach to real estate.”
