Brief Explanation
In the previous Chapters (1, 2 and 3), the process got more and more interesting and refined. The car has been sampled in a studio but also on the open road, where it really did shine, and the more the engineers sampled it, the more they discovered its true nature. More than 1000 sounds have been collected with an incredibly refined process of sampling, from the use of the hyper-detailed Earthworks microphones to the top notch outboard, and worked by the sound engineers to create an advanced musical software instrument, called "The Performer".
