Brief Explanation
The film is the first chapter in a series of five, that together form a documentary. The protagonist is Qusai, a famous Saudi hip hop artist, performer and co-host of Arabs Got Talent, that wants to turn a Chrysler 300C into a musical instrument because, just like an instrument, it is an inspired and inspiring mix of craftsmanship, emotion and technology. In the first chapter Qusai meets two world-class sound engineers and takes them through the concept of turning the car into an instrument. The two sound engineers accept the difficult challenge and start using their sophisticated microphones and equipment like a compass to find the true voice of the Chrysler 300C. The car gets extensively sampled down to the last detail: the mechanical sounds, the electrical ones and, of course, the powerful engine, to create a professional software musical instrument called The Performer, with which Qusai will compose the soundtrack of the TV commercial.
