Brief Explanation

An icon of happiness and culture leader, Coca-Cola’s aim was to unite the Coca-Cola World Cup Anthem on the regional level and fly with it to Brazil. We partnered with Lebanese Nancy Agram and Algerian Cheb Khaled. The video follows the journey of three friends from the MENA region, and later developing into a an all day all night party set in the heart of Rio, in which everyone is invited. “Our anthem will bring the World to Brazil and Brazil to the World.” To develop every moment as the music video/commercial unfolds, not a single scene was repeated; it was a very progressive video. As our stars traveled on their journey we tried to keep it organic. The non-liner structure at the start helps us get into the film with a bit more of a kick. We jumped right into the action and then flashed back to see how and why this journey came about. To give it a more “real” feel to it, we fused cultures, fashions and artwork, by creating a color palette that runs throughout each scene. Finding several colors that are indicative of Brazil and Coca Cola and weaving them into our photography, styling and art.
