Brief Explanation

What if the emoticons that we use in our daily communications were real? What if they were manifestations of our friends and families' wishes and feelings for us? It's all about connecting this Ramadan, and embracing the changes in the ways we communicate. Keep in touch with everyone, near or far, in the every day activities of our lives or in the special moments spent only during Ramadan and Gergei'an. An emoji can go a long way in communicating our feelings and support to one another both during the Holy Month of Ramadan and throughout the rest of the year. Throughout the ad we see the emojis as various representations of these supportive connections we receive from our loved ones, during working hours through a tedious presentation, or the hardships of our exercises, to console us or celebrate with us whether our team wins or loses, to cry and laugh with us as we watch our favourite shows TV, to keep us company while we study and work hard, to play alongside us in our friendly matches, to sit beside us during mealtimes, and to share in all the other experiences of our days.

Creative Execution

The track was written by the Caviar composer specifically to suit the image/message seen in the visual effects. The jingle was aimed at all audiences, targeting young children as well as utilising a catchy tune for the older viewers as well. Track use was limited specifically to the use of this ad for VIVA's Ramadan greeting jingle.
