Brief Explanation
tdhc is a new real estate company that wanted to set itself apart in a market saturated with luxury real estate developers. It wanted to be refreshingly different, in line with its name, which stands for the democratic housing corporation. The company had a strong manifesto that centers on its belief that better living is a right and on a customer-centric approach that emphasizes transparency and respect for individuality. Its identity needed to express the brand’s thinking.
The Brief
Develop a corporate identity for a brand new Lebanese real estate company called the democratic housing corporation that sets it apart in the market and expresses the brand thinking.
How the final design was conceived
To express the brand's promise, the logo is created entirely from two shapes: the rectangle and the semi circle. The rectangle represents a defined space that everyone has the right to have. The semi circle reflects the idea that tdhc and its properties are one half of the equation, and the buyer and individual who will live in the property are the other half. The brand colors are fresh and bright to respect people’s individuality and reflect customization.

From this identity, tdhc stands out from the luxury real estate developers in Lebanon as a bold and strong democratic brand that offers something different.
