Execution
To promote the excitement consumers could experience at the UAE’s first mega waterpark, trucks were fitted with Styrofoam models that showcased the thrill of two signature rides at Yas Waterworld – Dawwama (the world’s largest tornado ride) and Slither’s Slides (unique laser waterslides counting the world’s first rattling waterslide among them). Through specially devised mechanics the tornado constantly swirled inside the truck, while the snake’s tail rattled.
Copy on the truck encouraged consumers to take a wacky photo of themselves next to the truck and to upload it to Facebook. Every day the most fun photo was rewarded with free tickets to the park.
