Execution
We transformed Al Hilal ATMs into whimpering ATMs. The mechanism was simple. When a customer opted for a printed statement, the machine let out a cry of agony as it was being printed. And if a receipt was printed, we ensured the next best thing – a recycling bin sponsored by the bank’s environmental partner Bee’ah.
