Execution
We created a small ambient marketing piece with the look and feel of the standard queue-ticket. The ticket featured the number 001, suggesting to customers that they are first in line. These tickets then were left randomly in bank branches – on seats and other surfaces – for waiting customers to find “by chance”. Customers were drawn to the tickets in the hope of finding an abandoned queue-ticket with an earlier number. The reverse side of the ticket spelled out our ‘No more waiting’ message and gave details of how to register for the bank’s 24/7 direct banking channels.
