Brief Explanation

In early 2011, Gulf Bank, a leading Kuwaiti bank, launched its new corporate positioning as “Growing with you”, a statement that stands for the bank being with its customers every step of the way. To celebrate with our customers on the occasion of Eid el Fitr, and in Kuwait where family visits and amusement park outings are initiated at the break of dawn on this special day, we decided to shake things up a “little”. The idea rotates around the family being up and ready since early morning, only to face a “little” problem; their baby brother is still sleeping. The young teens, supported by their father, start a series of failed attempts in the toddler’s bedroom to wake him up and get going, only to be faced off by the their mother, and the sleeping “beauty”. Hours pass before the toddler wakes up and is energetic, only to see the whole family has gone into deep sleep. The ad aired throughout the 5 days of Eid. The Super towards the end elaborates the fact that there are moments in Life and specifically during Eid that will always "Grow with you".
