Despite all of the local talents shortcomings, there are some companies that believe in the local talent. They have not only succeeded but are even committed to hiring even more Saudi locals. They have tasted great success and attest to it with great conviction, demonstrating their locals in action to prove they are contributing and part of this winning formula. After viewing these commmercials, companies shouldn't use these stereotypes as barriers to hiring locals.
